A truly luxury pool cleans itself!

Pentair In-floor cleaning systems make it so easy to keep your pool clean! With one touch (or programmed timing) the system pops up and its jets send debris toward the main drain of the pool. The debris is sent to a reservoir, the large-capacity leaf vac, which is easily emptied.

When the pool is in the design phase we send the plans to Pentair, they analyze the pool and strategically place the heads where they will best clean each space within the pool. The heads generally are set on the bottom of the pool, on the steps, benches and sun shelf. They blend in and look nice in your pool. We will help you select the color that will best blend into your pool’s finish.

Placement of the heads is especially important for shallow areas of the pool like a sunshelf. A robotic cleaner cannot operate in shallow water, so an in-floor cleaning system certainly makes a huge difference in keeping debris removed from your sun shelf, often the spot where people enter the pool.

Uses less chemicals and less energy.

In-floor cleaning systems are highly effective at circulating your water. The jets rotate 360 degrees so each area of the pool is cleaned and circulated. A well-circulated pool will use less chemical and use less energy and play a big role in keeping algae from growing. Your in-floor cleaning system also circulates heated water, which eliminates cold spots in the pool. You will use less of your energy too—an in-floor cleaning system notably reduces the work necessary to keep your pool sparkling clean and inviting!

Pentair’s in-floor cleaning system heads pop up to circulate the water and send debris to the main drain.

The in-floor cleaning system is separate from the main circulation system of a pool. The inlets for your main circulation system are generally on the sides of the pool, and this placement dovetails nicely with the in-floor cleaning system. Most folks operate the in-floor cleaning system at night when the pool is not in use, and you can turn the systems on at any time
